Hairy Mclary

The Pre-Primary students worked with line to imply the hairy texture of Hairy Maclary. He is a ScottishTerrier and a character in a series of picture books written by Linley Dodd. 

Shih Tzu

The students in Year 1 worked with line to imply the hairy texture of a Shih Tzu.

Candles

After learning about the history of Carols by Candlelight, all the students on campus created candles. They worked with the elements of shape and value to imply three dimension in a two dimensional piece of art. The Year one and two students worked with wax crayon and dye. Oil pastels and baby oil were used by the students in Years three and four. The Year five and six students worked with soft pastel.
