Moordijt
Moorditj Kadadjiny is a mentoring program for students with Aboriginal heritage. The program runs for one hour after school on a Monday. Students from Kindergarten to Year Six are invited to attend. The students participate in a range of activities that celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The program is facilitated by our Aboriginal Islander Education Officer (AIEO) and School Chaplain. Parents and community members are also invited to share their experiences and expertise throughout the year. This also builds and maintains strong partnerships between the school and wider community. The program has suspended for Term 3. We will advise the school community when it resumes.
